For your convenience, we offer old-fashioned customer service with pick-up and delivery of your machine. This service is provided for customers located within 30 miles of Rogers, Arkansas.
We also offer in-home service for long-arm table quilting machine systems.
Service Deposit
A $100 deposit is required at the time of pick-up. This deposit covers travel expenses and the initial diagnostic work needed to determine the cause of your machine’s malfunction.
Please note: The $100 deposit will be applied toward your total service bill, including diagnostic work, repair, and cleaning.
If parts are needed, we will contact you with the details and any associated costs. No repair work requiring additional parts or charges will be performed without the customer’s prior approval. $100 deposit is non-refundable.
