Jon believes strongly in providing old-fashioned customer service built on honesty, communication, and personal attention. Before replacing or repairing any part or component, Jon will communicate directly with you about the issue and the associated cost. This is especially important when a replacement part may be expensive. You will never be left wondering what was done to your machine or surprised by an unexpected repair.
