Our Mission Statement

At Lehman Sewing Machine Service, our mission is to provide dependable, professional sewing machine service with the personal care and honesty of old-fashioned customer service.

We are committed to treating every machine as if it were our own—providing skilled repair, thorough cleaning and maintenance, honest communication, and quality workmanship. We believe our customers deserve to understand the work being performed on their valuable machines, which is why we communicate openly about needed repairs, parts, and costs before proceeding.

Our goal is simple: to keep your machine running at its best so you can spend more time doing what you love—sewing, quilting, creating, and making memories.

We proudly serve the Northwest Arkansas sewing community with integrity, respect, and a commitment to earning your trust one machine at a time.
